Oak Hill provides support to families of children ages three and under with disabilities or delays in developmental milestones.

 

 

What types of delays can be treated in a birth to three program?

What causes these delays?

Sometimes there is no specific cause; sometimes it is due to Down syndrome; Spina Bifida; extremely low birth weight; or hearing loss

How does it work?

Your child is evaluated and if found eligible, a plan of services and supports are set up to meet the specific needs of your child and your family. This program is designed to help each family help themselves.

Is there a fee for Birth to Three services?

Christian with blocks Yes. The Connecticut Birth to Three System receives state and federal funding and families are asked to pay a monthly fee based on a sliding scale; some families pay for services through their private insurance. Learn more>>
